UNFPA Sri Lanka, in collaboration with the Ministry of Women and Child Affairs and UNDP Sri Lanka, supported the National Workshop for the Multi-Sectoral National Action Plan on Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV) 2024–2028.

With the support of the High Commission of Canada to Sri Lanka, this critical phase focuses on strengthening coordinated national efforts to prevent and respond to SGBV—ensuring the protection and rights of women and girls across the country.
